The mad and the sik are generally disposed (painfully) so we haveto find why your poor sik baby drow was spared. the simpliest way would be abduction, it colud even an extreme case of brainwashing... As an evil twist it could be an experiment, or a sort of deep cover sleeper agent (depending on level..) |

No. Give us a little bit more and we'd be glad to help, the boards are helpful people. But we need something more to base this off of, as you can see, since you were so vauge, everyone else is being vauge or sarcastic with their answers |

If your family think you are quite good at what you do - for example, you are a superb fighter ala Drizzt or Zaknafein - they may keep you around, and point you at their enemies, tell you that they are evil, and send you charging off. You could adhere rigidly to the makeshift laws of drow society, and just never get that you're meant to break them. The family would always know where they stand with you, and know that you'd never betray them, and you're just not bright enough to realise. Maybe eventually you figure it out and decide to leave. You'd need a mental stat (any one) well below to justify this. I imagine that there are so many drow adventurers wandering around that a whole community of drow commoners just upped and migrated to the surface and founded a village. They could be country bumpkin drow who put up clouds of darkness to keep the sun out of their eyes while they work. I have a CN/G drow bard/rogue swashbuckling-type in mind who comes from such a village. He's also kind of clueless. |
