Theres sample names for drow near the beginning of the FRCS, theres also some name generators online, Im sure someone here can point you towards one. Candlekeep.com has some maps of Faerun. Theres quite a few drow cities besides Menzo in the underdark.

The underdark book has plenty of maps, though i don't know if they can be found online. I know I found a 4mb high quality FR surface map online, I think it was in wikipedia under Forgotten Realms or something.

Edit: I found the surface map here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:Faerunmap.JPG

-If you don't already own it, purchase Underdark. It's chock full of information about the Underdark, and has the stats for lots of other Drow cities, such as Ched Nasad, Eryndlyn, and Maerimydra, just to name a few.

He could be from cormanthor. It's on the surface thoughso you might want to take the daylight adaption feat so you can travel in you hometown without being blinded. Best of luck with that name

Male'Kaii.
I'd say Ched Nasad, I use it alot in my games so that my players stop searching for a young drizzt (They have killed him in every FR campagn I've run). Did you need a back story too? I'm all for helping, especially when it comes to Drow.
