| EpicLevelMobra07-01-06, 07:27 AM | Charisma of 6. . .LOL Make him as anti-social as the dickens, as much of a loner as you can imagine, and proabaly close to barbaric without making him seem dumb. Like Wolverine only more attuned to nature. That is great, a druid with 6 Charisma and an Intelligence only slightly higher than average, great stat allocation. |
| palanolho07-01-06, 10:08 AM | well lol .. i dint had much of a chouce :P lol the race gives -2 to CHA .. and i had to put my 8 somewhere :P and btw .. i like wolverine :D |
| LuckyLeprechaun07-02-06, 03:26 AM | Well, the charisma is easily explained, (s)he's spent his/her entire life outdoors with animals with 1 or 2 intelligence, not the most talkative of people. Your common could be (extremely) rusty. Also you don't like being around those noisy cities with those noisy, annoying people in them. Animals are nice, you can silence them if they get too noisy, you're good with animals... But those darn people are just obnoxious, and you can't get them to shut up! So when around people you're more likely to hide in a corner than do anything else. That's my view of the circumstances, hope it helps! Lucky P.S. Charisma 6 is nothing, try playing a half-orc who had to dump a role of 3 into charisma. Everyone within eyeshot was throwing things at him everywhere he went... True story. |
| palanolho07-02-06, 06:37 AM | ahahaha that would be interesting too :P it was a good help. thanks mate :) |
| Fithero07-02-06, 07:54 AM | Just for some role playing fun, why dont you make your character extremely attractive (since charisma is your social skills/talent, not your looks). It would be interesting to see these people of the opposite sex flock to this character based on his looks, only to run away when they realise he is a brutish oaf (of sorts). Just a thought, i wouldnt put any ranks into bluff or diplomacy (sense motive and intimidate are fine though)... keep him socially inept... unless you want him to improve :P Hope this helps. Later |
| palanolho07-02-06, 12:33 PM | i wasnt thinking in improving my "socialization" skills :) but how can i be sooo atractive ... im a shifter!! lol |
| gss_00007-02-06, 10:30 PM | Here's an alternative you might try to the low charism: soially inept. You know that guy that doesn't know when to keep his mouth shut, has no tact, and really just doesn't get it at parties? That can also be represente by Cha 6. I like that better, personally, than antisocial, just because the antisocial way is so common in film, TV, books, etc. The best advice is make sure you have fun with it! :) |
| Radijs07-03-06, 04:13 AM | He's quite 'feral' having spent most of his time roaming the forests and wild lands with indeed animals for companionship. The idea of 'civilization' is alien to him as well as of course lying and subterfuge wich is something humans use far more often then animals. Or he could be a bit autistic so to speak. Having spent his time around non-humanoids he doesn't know how to read body language, he could see smiling as a sign of expressed fear (as it is with monkeys) or as a sign of agression if the smiler should show his teeth. You could read up on how animals communicate and see where it differs from human body language and add in conflicts when you see conflicting behaviour. |
