| Sachage07-18-07, 03:34 AM | A campaign currently running has the players playing as evil characters. One such player is a half-vampire dread necromancer, whilst another is considering being some sort of druid. Now the thng is, how will these two co-exist? The only pro-undead thing I can find to do with druids is the undead wildshape feat in quintessential druid, but there is nothing on druids that can stand undead and the like... Anyone have any suggestions on possible remedies to this problem? |

| Drunk_Yoda07-18-07, 11:24 AM | The blighter is the anti-tesis of a druid, insted of wanting to create they destroy... sadly it is a PrC only for anti-druids. |
| warwinner07-18-07, 11:24 AM | there is the blighter prc in complete divine, who is an ex-druid type. There could be druids who see undead as part of nature.A mid-phase in the transformation of life to true death.Like a rotting vegetable, that will eventually return to the earth. Maybe the druid decides not to intervene in it's [undead] fate and let nature run it's course or let fate have it's way with the undead. If life and death are natural, so is undeath - so he may believe |
| ghostfrog08-14-07, 12:00 AM | An evil druid could embody the wintery part of nature: cold, scarcity, darkness, etc. All good undead traits. |
| BreegJac1708-14-07, 12:04 AM | He/she could envision the undead as tools, just as the stick is the tool of a chimp searching for ants or an axe for a humanoid, they are objects that help him/her produce a desired end, so they are just tools. Or just like a previous poster said, just have your druid morbidly say that "nature will soon catch up to you, and have her vengeance." |
