| Hav0k06-22-05, 04:39 PM | Okay, I'm creating a Kender Drunken Master (Level 11), who... because of his story (long, very long line of characters he comes from...) needs to be able to have an Animal Companion. Not necessarily an "Animal Companion"... rather a "Pet" or a "Companion that happens to be an animal." Introducing: Kegchugger Drunkensquirrel, White Wolf Rider of Ergoth. This is for a open-ended campaign (Mostly Eberron and FR), but as you can see, I'm using DL as well. The animal will not be under his control, but rather a very trusted friend. It also has to be a wolf. So any builds... or anything like that would be greatly appreciated. Here are the only idea's that I've had: 1) Take first level as a druid, then do the build-up to Drunken Master 2) Up Handle Animal and Animal Empathy out of the roof. 3) Just say "he was raised by my character" - and hope for DM approval (highly likely) 4) Create a family-line feat that grants the ability of having an animal companion. If you guys think the feat idea is a good one, please help create it. I could do it myself, but I'd like to see the variety you guys can come up with. As always, Thank You. Hav0k. |
