I would like a little help with my earth genasi back ground story. I,m playing an evil underdark campaign and thought the underdark would be a good place to play one.
He is a barb 12 and has the mineral warrior template. He came in with deep orc dragon shaman on the run from Thay. Not sure if the mineral template was forced on him or not. Further I,m not sure if he is proud or ashamed of it.
So far in roll playing I know he doesnt trust/like arcane casters, and loves gems, crystals and many of the natural rock formations of the underdark. He has been secretive about his back ground-mostly because I dont know it!

Any thoughts or ideas would be helpfull. Thanks.

How about this? He was born that way. Thayan wizards had nothing to do with him being what he is. Except for emotionally. He's not an experimental test subject - he's a specimen for study. They captured him to learn more about the strong ties to the earth element so they could create better twisted creations. They studied him (probably painfully). As for how he got there, maybe there was a period of wanderlust. Maybe he'd adventured with a good group, and he was twisted by this experience. Or maybe he was captured by drow, aboleths, mind flayers, or something and sold into slavery to Thay. A Thayan gladiator would be cool.

Hmmm... Born that way, and captured and studied painfully because of it. I like that. I also like him once adventuring with a good group. The idea of him once being a "good guy" could also be why he is secretive about his past.

He weilds a great club that has the stalactite special ability, and it looks like a big stalactite too. He loves turning his enemys into stoney versions of themselves.

Thanks, good thoughts keep em coming!
