This is the newest character I'm starting for an ongoing campaign. She is going to be my back-up character of sorts and I decided she is to be a Changeling Beguiler/Swordsage/Jade Pheonix Mage. Right now she hasn't uncovered the pheonix part but that will be her next level. The reason for her long name is because each name is a different one of her assumed identities. I decided she is sort of a becomer mindset of the changelings.
Generally, she stays in the form of Eva, an easy going spy for hire. Serania is her "True Form" so to say and is that of her natural changeling. I've really only decided on her Lari and Adin form which would be a cute daughter of a noble family and a commonplace male that no one would take a second glance at, each of them respectively.
In order to make it easier for her to disguise herself, she wears glamered armor to change outfits quickly.
I guess one of the main questions is that should I develop the other personas of her long name or should I just hold them back for now? I'm also trying to decide more on her character. Eva uses maneuvers from shadow hand and desert wind and uses them to stay out of sight and run away quickly. However she is caught, she unleashes the flame on those that would try to oppose her.
How exactly should I play her and what should I make her past like?
She has a high Int (18) and a pretty high Charisma (16) and an average wisdom 11. I'm guessing she would be able to figure out what she needs to do and can easily use her charms to distract people, but how would the wisdom play into it? Well I guess those are all of my questions for now... Thank you ver much.

Edit: Forgot to mention this, it takes place in Eberron, she's from Sharn and she is about 21 or so.

I would develope quick descriptions of the attitudes of the various personalities and a short list of relations for each. As for how you should play her and what her past is like you have quite a few questions to ask.

Who were her parents? (if I recall correctly changeling/human or changeling/changeling both have a shot)

Who taught her the art of beguiling? swordsage? Were both the same person?

She's a becomer so she has no problem with switching forms over and over. Are there any forms of particular note she can't take anymore (laying low)?

Does she take advantage of others with her ability to change forms? Does she let others know she's a changeling? How many? What does it take to earn that kind of trust?

I like the idea of the noble family form but would look to see if she has managed to slip herself into a particular one or at least which one she most commonly claims. I would also consider a form that suggest a combat brute looking for a fight for intimidation factors. Say a hobgoblin with spiked chain or orc with double axe. Sort of a "leave me be" form.

Roleplaying your stats is a major point of contention on the boards. To me the Int means she knows a lot and has a decent capability for learning. Charisma is for inspiration and interaction with others. Her wis is average so it doen't really need a whole lot of roleplaying but should represent her perception and understanding (she is about as aware of her surroundings as the average human and "gets" about as much the first time around as well). With such a high int and charisma I'd play her a bit distracted. She should be capable of reasoning out just about anything but tends to follow strange, tangental, trains of thought if not held to task.
