Hi, just want a critique of the backstory of my latest character.

I'm playing a silverbrow human totemist with the dragon tail feat, working his way towards becoming a full-fledged dragon.
His story is basically that he was born in a village to normal parents.
Unfortunately, they both had, in their ancestry, silver dragons, and the trait appeared in their child. He was born with a fully-functional tail!
The parents tried to get the community to accept the kid, and for the most part they did, but however, children being children, he was constantly teased.
Constantly being called a monster and a freak, the kid grew up resenting everything his tail stood for. His only friend was an elderly druid. He knew well enough that if this boy's rage was not tempered, then he would end up killing. The boy fared well enough underneath the druid, however the druid could tell that he was heading in a different direction to him.. He had an older, more feral link to nature than the druid. He started being attracted to certain animals and beasts, revering nature, which was good. However, he started questioning the 'civilized' races' tampering with nature. As far as he was concerned, the balance was NOT being kept, no matter what the druid said.
One night, after a particularly harsh day, and after being constantly tormented, he returned home and he overheard his parents discussing him, wishing he hadn't turned out that way. His rage broke through all of the druids teachings in that moment. He walked away from the burning remains of the village the next morning, with anger in his heart and a burning hatred of dragonkind, especially good-dragonkind, who create abominations such as him.
His aims and goals are to destroy good dragons, especially the silver ones, but conversely he wants to become more like evil dragons, leave his humanity behind altogether and become the creature of hate and ruin he feels he must become. He aims to preserve the great balance by slaughtering anyone who gets in his path, and preserving nature by depopulating areas where nature 'should' be.
He's gentle to a fault to animals, as he understands the pain and suffering they go through on a day-to-day basis.
