i plan to play a Fey'ri, but not in the traditional sense...he will be 1 / 2 demon ( as all feyri are normally ) but also about 1 / 8 celestial ( from a celestial great grandmother ) and as such is slightly different. historey includes his mtoher being forced intoa breeding, but his ( and her ) celestial blood altered his attitudes, allowing me to play him chaotic good. he was rescued before the evil demons could figure out what went wrong and destroy the abberation once they understood their mistake.

that being said, i would like some help in further fleshing out his develope ment, as well as suggestions on possible classes and future builds to exploit the feyri natural abilities. i was thinking being a ranger, at least one level, to simulate the hatred for demons he has developed as he began to understand what they did to his mtoher ( the TWF and ambi are icing for future melee action) i wanted to go rogueish in the future, but the sorcerer class as a favorite is tempting...PLEASE help im open to any / all suggestions as to backstory / class / future developement

also, to avoid confusion, i dont have to worry with the normal EVIL feyri hunting me down , as technically i am not a normal feyri and as such shouldnt draw attention to them

Fey'ri are tieflings, which means they have fiendish blood but don't have fiendish parents. Fey'ri are the descendants of Half-fiend Sun Elves.

Your description would fit a Half-Fiendish asimaar(the elven "version" of the asimaar, for which there aren't any official stats on, sadly) which doesn't have anything to do with Fey'ri which are Tieflings descended from a specific Sun Elf/Succubus(and Incubus) ancestry. So you don't have to worry about the old "evil Fey'ri are hunting me down" thing since you aren't a Fey'ri at all.

Now, for the character's background. There's a few questions that would need to be answered.

1- Why are the demons breeding half-fiends in this case.

2- Who rescued him. (sounds powerful, benevolent and very very open minded to allow a half-fiend to go free)

As for classes, from a strictly gaming mechanics point of view, I wouldn't suggest multiclassing to classes without full BAB nor would I recommend a spellcasting class. Otherwise you'll always be a step behind the other players powerwise because of the ECL. A ranger/fighter multiclass could work nicely then try to follow his Celestial blood by picking up the Holy Liberator prestige class.

Half fiends can always be summed up with the simple "rape" explaination and you can always say that the mother raised the new child to be good and not like its evil father (or the mother in a succubus's case).
