Im looking to give one of my characters a certain flavour, but im not sure if there is a template or class to reflect this.

The character is having alot to do with various Fey creatures, is there a prc that allows you to become a fey creature at 10th lvl (like there is for a dragon and fiend) or is there a template i can apply?

Also, what sort of traits would you add to a characters physical form if they became more fey like?

-Sparkling dust trails behind them
-More 'fey-ish' features (angular features, more-so than elves)
-Chimes sound whenever they move

I dunno... im scraping here.

The Wild Sould PrC from Complete Mage gives you some very good fey specific attributes but unfortunately does not transform you into a Fey. I'm sorry, I can't really think of any others at the moment (and I don't have my books with me).

As far as creating description/personality traits go, I'd recommend focus your character to a particular Fey. It'll make your life a lot simpler. For example if you choose to have a Satyr based character: He'd have reddish-brown hair, short, good at playing a musical instrument [Even if he isn't a Bard] and constantly 'aroused'. You could go for a Nixie character: Quiet or Over emotional, affinity for water magic has a vengeful streak running through her.

The most important thing about playing a character with a fey element to them is to create an aura of mystique. You are charming, deceptive [even if you're good] and have strange conception of the world [riddled with Hypocrisy]. Other traits you can add; inability to touch Cold-Iron, strong affinity to nature or an aspect of nature etc.

Hope this helps.

There is the Swanmay from the Book of Exalted Deeds that basically turns you into a nymph, including the fey type at 10th level.

However, if you are really going for fey-like, I wrote up a PrC just for that if interested: Dark Waltzing (http://boards1.wizards.com/showthread.php?p=12000989#post12000989)

I believe there are Fey Heritage feats in Complete Mage. There's also a Fey Bloodline in Unearthed Arcana. You could also take the Nymph's Kiss [Exalted] feat from Book of Exalted Deeds (although that carries some RP restrictions with it...)

you could take a major fey bloodline if you havnt created the character already. There are bonuses to charisma and feats of certain kinds. You can find it one the SRD

Ill start taking the fey heritage feats from CM, they look like they suit the character.

Im sorta interested in the role playing aspects of the changes aswell, does anyone know what a fey kingdom looks like?

I havent the slightest.

And would they accept a wild elf who has an fey ancestor way up the line?

Thanks

Feytouched (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/sp/20040213a) is quite a useful race. For only one level of the Feytouched racial class, you get immunity to mind affecting affects, which is huge, and some other minor bonuses. Or you can be Half Fey and get wings and immunity to anything from the Enchantment school. The lack of spell or HD progression basically kills any caster build, but I could see some very effective Skill Monkey and/or archer builds using it.

Traditionally Fey Kingdoms are otherworldly... as in located in another world. The basic nature of that world is largely a case of our world made brighter in the bright spots and darker in the dark ones. If our world is shades of gray theirs is black and white. Colors are often more vibrant and emotions have a more pronounced effect. The fey tend not to view the world the way we do; a journey from point a to point b. They tend to view life as cheap if thrilling. Death can be sport to many fey and so too can birth. Many fey also attach themselves to some aspect of the natural world and so can seem to have an elemental force about them. Consider the dryads tree, the nyads river, etc. The creature is often an embodiment of that aspect and acts much as a humanized version. Dryads are willowy (flexible?) when attached to a willow but magestic when attached to an oak. Nyads are playful as ripples in the river.

I'd try to identify more with a specific fey or aspect of nature than be fey as a whole. But remember that almost all fey have a changeable demeaner... even the stoic mountain fey can experience severe mood swings... similar to landslides.
