Adamaro23 02-02-07, 01:34 AM	I'm playing a Gnoll Ninja in a custom campaign, and have no idea about his background. It's kind of comical, my Ninja outfit is the same clothes i always wear + a zorro mask... imagine this: you see a gnoll in brown clothes walking through the city... 3 hours later you see a gnoll in brown clothes walking through the city with a zorro mask on killing people. you think to yourself: "Hmmm, could that be the gnoll i saw earlier.......Nahhh." And he always nags the other Pcs about his grandma.: to the Ranger: "you call that a fire?, my grandmother actually burnt down a whole town once....i miss her." believe me it gets annoying Oh, and he basicly is a guard/protecter of a blind samurai
razhan 02-03-07, 02:46 PM	i dont know much about ninjas but here goes. so gma was a high level sorcer in his gnoll tribe. is he evil btw? and is he particularly odd on the ability scale for a gnoll? and a band of druid/rangers attacks the tribe and you are a sole survivor. he finds a mask in the ruble with magic prorerties(diguise self, mask of zoro) you wander around for a while find a cave and pass out. the naxt morn you find yourself in the house of a blind man, with black marks on his face, you speak to him he speaks gnoll?! he tells you he will teach you to survive if you are a patient pupil or some such thing. he tells you his face was frozen years ago on a mission to recover a royal amulet from an ice dragon lair. he can no loger show emition through his face or see.( maybe giv ethe gnoll ranks in sense motive for figuring out vioce inflection?)trains as a ninja and wears a mask of zoro ta da!!:invasion:
