I'm not even sure about the class yet, but I've narrowed it down to ranger, fighter, or barbarian. If I go with the ranger, I'd like to try to get two weapon fighting for scimitars, or greatswords with the other two. What should I go with? |

Also, you need to give them more info: they can't do anything with nothing. They can do something with something, and they can do a lot with a lot. |

If you're dexterity based, substitute weapon finess for weapon focus. If you're starting at low level, dodge, mobility, and combat expertise are good choices - they'll help you live longer. Dodge and mobility are particularly useful, and are prerequisite for a number of other useful feats. Some of this might be flavor-based, as well. I have a new swashbuckler who started off with quick draw. I'm working him towards improved feint as fast as I can. |
