| DarthDave01-24-07, 08:45 PM | The DM is big into party marching order and using miniatures for storytelling. As such, many of the players like customizing the figures, especially the broad bases Dreamblade minis offer. Questions: 1) Is this figure more of a halfling or gnome? Yes, fey makes most sense, the DM doesn't want crazy races... 2) The big axe suggests a fighter, but I disklike fighters. My partner suggested a gnome beguiler...the axe is an "illusion." 3) What might this character best define? Disregard the actual miniature descriptions...the character need not be "bloodthirtsy." http://dreamcatcher.wizards.com/mini.aspx?name=Bloodthirsty%20Redcap |
| Radijs01-24-07, 08:50 PM | Thats a fey. A Redcap from the monster manual two or three. |
| DarthDave01-24-07, 09:13 PM | Yes, I agree that the miniature's name and color of hate imply Redcap (fey), but what happens if I paint the cap a different color? :) Can it pass for a halfling, or gnome, or something else? |

Of course, unless you're playing in double scale, you're going to want to rebase him first. Ah, Dreamblade. Great for monsters, but not many good PCs in the set. It doesnt hurt that the game itself rocks too. |
