I am thinking of making a (rogue?) halfling who focuses on using his sling for everything (I can get my DM to allow weapon spec. in this case, so I won't be useless), now can anyone give me any ideas on A) Why he uses a sling, and B) How to make him tough enough to survive at higher levels?

Also, I would like someone to make a sling of doom I can try to make (I'm looking at a Ghost Touch Seeking Sling of Wounding, and it sounds fun :D ). I am going to seek out dragons, y' know, and their reach HURTS! (I might want to get a wand of true strike then... :D )

Have anyone tried to go through a campaign using a sling as your primary weapon? How'd it turn out?

dragonstalker seems like your type of class.

perhaps halfing Rogue 3/Scout 4/Warsling Sniper 5/Dragon stalker 3

or Fighter/Rogue...

Assuming you can, get the Arms and Equipmeant guide. It has all sorts of special sling stuff, as a sling bullet with holy water...

I don't know how you would work out though... Ranged combatant.

Dragons are half the title after all. And They're big enough that I can spot them :embarrass

I don't have the arms and equipment guide and I don't know what a warsling sniper is or where it comes from. I might have to work with my DM on making either a core or a prestige class dealing with slings...
