I'm building a Lawful Good character that deals only subdual damage on his attacks. I wanted to use Tome of Battle classes for him. He's not holy at all, so crusader is out. He is an AWOL soldier as well, so I'm wondering, what do you think fits that angle more? Swordsage or Warblade? I want him to be smart and instinctive rather than outright "CRUSH YOUR FACE" melee. Warblade has class features that take advantage of Intelligence, but Swordsage has a bigger repertoire of skills. I can't decide which I should use. Help!

I'd suggest a monk rather than those two. Pick a monk and you'll be able to deal subdual damage at no penalty. Any other class would have to either choose a weak weapon (sap or whip) or waste an obscure feat in order to deal subdual damage without sacrifying atk rolls. But if you don't mind that -4 penalty, take the Swordsage.
