I had to finnish the last year of my arcane studiouses, becuas eof my mom. Now that I am out of school, I set off into the jungle to learn all that I can from this lizardman shaman. I plan on merging the two magics togther. I prefer summoning magic, above most other kinds, and will rely on that. If I have to though, I'm not above blowing things up. The problem though, I don't have presonality, and my player is at a loss of how to RP me. A little help please. |

That's a good starting point, you prefer to stay closer to divine magics because going further into arcane means going closer to civilisation, where your mother will likely seek you out and reprimand you. Classes to the effect of what you describe include Mystic Theurge, or a combination of Wizard (Conjuration specialist, don't ban Evocation, perhaps Illusion)/Archivist given your studial training. |

Yaa My player put a lot of thought it that. When all is said and finnished, I will be wizard druid 3, mystic theurge 4, and arcane hyrophant 10. What i really need is a personality, and my player would like some RP tips. I like think I'm schoolarly in a rustic sort of way. But how that be RPed? |

For, while Druids are literate, historically (however unhistorical D&D druids are), their traditions and knowledge were passed on orally, with writing used mostly for mercantile purposes. Your character would be unique in being educated in both scholarly ways and in the oral traditions of the druids. He'd be the guy to publish a book of folk tales. He'd be the guy to write simply the best book on natural philosophy. Heck, if you play your cards right, your DM might allow you to be genuinely important in this field. Just make sure to take the Knowledge ranks to justify this. |
