Kindren Van Dohm 09-11-04, 01:39 AM	I have this ranger (Leafsban) that has a really bad past and I'm a little lost about wht to do about the rest of this rangers backround. He has lost his only love, best friend and lover by the same drow house. To top it all off he was given up to the matrin mother of that house. ( not to be killed I have been told) I played Leafsban like a fragel person. He killd many drow. He would chop the dead bodies up into little pecies. To top it all off the only drow he could trust gave him away to die. So any help about how i should keep this ranger going would help thanks
Morka 09-11-04, 06:32 PM	Heh dude, can you supply more informations? Is he a drow, or another race? For what you wrote, he seems to be a surface elf (or human or anything), who's village/familly was attacked by drows. As a result, he became a drow hunter. How did he do that? By following a lone ranger, or by joining some drow hunters guild? Anyway, he enter the underdark, track and kill many drows, but he is somehow noticed by some Matron Mother, probably because he is an excellent warrior. She wants him as an assassin for rivals house (perhaps). He is captured, brought before the Matron Mother, and paf! she fall in love with him. She might see it as a sign of weakness, but she decides to keep him for her own "amusement", for now. Is that your story? If yes, I see three things that could be improved: 1) Who trained him? 2) Who was his lover, and familly? 3) What are his feelings toward the Matron Mother?

Leafsbane a moonelf(As i thought it was spelled) Lived in Silverymoon, him his friend (Human monk) and his lover Starburst (Gold elf Paladin) were preparing for his last test with his master until he they heard a disturbance about a murading fire elemental, which they defeated. They found a item inside, which his master relayed very strange. Later that night when camp was set up, Leafsbane was with Starburst who he just propesed to she said "Yes Ofcourse" he left her in her tent to talk with his master. They talked for a little bit and him and the monk went to bed for the night leaving leafsbane on guard duty. Durning this time he noticed a person an outlined figure, "I mean you no harm." he said. He was a drow leafsbane stood up, but was quickly disarmed but a whip. "Do not make a sound," the drow pleaded, Leafsbane nodded, they were interrupted by a loud scream "DROW! I will stop you from attacking my student!" his master lept into battle but was short lived when he fell to his unexpeted death, as a heavier armoured drow female approched. The monk ran out to attack the drow but was takin down by the male drow with a whip, as she went into the tent where lady starbusrt lay, a soft glow came from the tent, as leafsbane pushed pass seeing starburst gone. "We've been watching you Leafsbane and Matron Jar'trel says hello," she gripped his face burning him. He awoke the next day alone he felt his face, and on the right side of his face a spider was burnt on to his face leaving him alone exeptect his dead master, and the weapons that lay there. I have more to Leafsbane story if you need more let me know :b:
