Vacerious 09-13-04, 05:29 PM	hello people, I've just gotten into d&d a couple of weeks ago, and i've decided to give my character a past. His name is Vacerious (made my screenname after him), a lvl.5 chaotic neutral human Cleric of Olidimarra with silver hair and golden eyes. When he's not out adventuring with his crew, he can be found at the local pub having a good time and buying his friends another round. Would y'all be willing to help me with thinking of a history for him? if so, please reply.

Vacerious wasn't like the rest of the children. His physical characteristics were those that made him stand out of the crowd. However, this gift made his family rich as his mother used combs of his hair to sew dresses to sell all over the community. Soon, Vacerious was known all over the country for this great manifestation. Many scholars believed that he was the child of the prophecy, ehatever that was or maybe a descedant of Metallic Dragons... The greediest ones were attracted too, as was the clergy of Olidammara. The boy had the potential to become a priest of the god of thieves, provide and the church with infinite wealth. Olidammara would be pleased. Soon the boy was kidnapped and initated into Olidammara's ways. He doesn't recall of his family for strange reasons (Modify Memory) and is eager to search for them. Of course, wherever he goes, his reputation preceeds him and is always asked for a comb of his silver hair. Well, that's all I could think up. Vacerious 09-14-04, 09:23 AM	thanx eraleas, that's actually pretty good. Figuring my character's strange features, i've decided to make him a Planetouched. His past basically adds to your story a bit. Vacerious was a strange boy from a strange family. Both his parents were planetouched, so it was only natural for him to inherit some strange characteristics. His mother, a renowned seamstress, used to use combs of his hair to sew fine outfits for lords and their ladies while his father was a famous evangelist for Pelor who used his son as an example as a blessing from the gods. Despite his features, Vacerious was never afraid to play with the other children and was quite popular. Though both his parents worshipped Pelor, Vacerious found that the religion around the diety was too strict, and he was soon in conflict with his parents about leaving the temple. Against his parents orders, Vacerious went to the hidden temple of Olidamarra and asked to become a cleric for the temple. The clergy happily obliged, for they knew of the wealth and fame the child could bring them. When his parents found out, Vacerious was banished from their household. But he didn't care. He found that the life of the adventurer was just what he wanted, and soon teamed up with a barbarian named Krolm, a rogue named Dante, a wizard named Hawk, a monk named Hu Li, and a fighter/sorcerer named Eldoren.
