please don't kill me

I currently dm dnd, but i am going to play soon. I really haven't played in a while (read: never) and i am making my first character. There are a lot of things i need a bit of help with, but here's the first draft.

Name: none (really, really bad with names)
Gender: Female
Alignment: N
Class: rogue

She comes from a shamanic tribe. She was given two daggers and another heavy weapon (don't know what) when she left. She was charged with making the world a better place which pretty much amounts to lureing evil politicians to a room with her. Feminine charms, and killing them there. While she can't be called good because she kills people. She can't really be evil either because she only kills those that deserve it, and for the good of others. She will concentrate on Cha, Int, Dex (in order of importance) Her daggers are named Quietus (right dagger, plan on making wounding (3.0) Humanbane +1) and Terminus (left, same as Quietus except Elfbane) She wears jewlery or at least leather bracers on her arms due to circular scars there (In her tribe if you cut yourself with your weapon (or coat it with your own blood) then inflict a wound using that weapon on an enemy it means that you promise that you will hunt and kill them. used mainly as a curse) That's pretty much all i have. I know that Neutral may not be the best alignment, nor rogue the best class but i really couldn't find another way to fit her in.

Any response would be appreciated. Thanks.

Whats her race? Would be the number one question on everyone's mind.

Another question I have. Did she inflict the wounds on her arms once as part of a ceremony or does she have to cut her arm everytime she plans on hurting/killing someone?

I would also say she is lawful evil probably, I mean, sure she's killing evil politicians, but does she really give a crap about anyone else? Also the way she kills them seems evil in that she lures them, then kills them, instead of just killing them outright.

Rouge is probably the best class because then you can get the PrC Assassian, and if your not happy with being evil, consider asking your DM to see if you can change or get rid of the prequiste of evil.

Also why does her tribe want her to kill these politicians, if its a tribe it seems they wouldn't care about them because they don't follow the laws set by the cities/countries or are they more of a secret cult or something?

Rogue sounds like the perfect class for her. Bluff and Diplomacy will be your best friends. Something like Perform (dance) could help you with a little cash as well as drawing your traget's attention. Unless you want to be the shadow skulking rogue, you can hide in plain sight with Disguise and a few alter egos. A pretty face and seductive voice can be deadlier than any dagger you later use. :D

Got so nervous i forgot her race. She's a human. The wounds are more of a punishment resereved for those that have greatly wronged you [killed your family, your friends etc.] and they really aren't part of a ceremony, its more of a spontaneous oath of undying hatred.
As for the tribe they consider the civilised (meaning not with them) world corrupt and every once in a while send someone off to help with that problem. Each person manifests that diffrently, she chose to go after the top. Also i wouldn't really consider her lawful because assassination is a pretty big no no from a law point, and she's not doing this to better herself. That and from her build (cha, int, dex, wis, con, str. in order of importance) she's not really up there for an all out fight. Pretty much the only way she could carry out an assassination is to lure them away from guards, then give them a neck smile from ear to ear. I don't want to give her the assassin class, both because of the prerequisite, and she's not only focused on killing (meaning she will self improve, but not become a professional)
Epicuris thank you for reminding me about skills, and you've picked out the ones she would most likely use. She is not (at least at the current point in my plan) going to hide in shadows. She is more going to entertain people, and lure her target away.

Thank you for your help, and i hope this clears up a few things.
