Help on a Druid [Archive] - Wizards Community

I am from Belgium
I play dnd for a year now (once a week)
My idea was to create a druid that puts it all in spellcasting, this is what I have so far

A Halflling Druid
31 points
STR 6 -2 Halfing incl
DEX 16 +2 Halfling incl
CON 14
INT 8
WIS 19
CHA 8

10HP
- d8 + 2 CON
19AC
- Hide +3
- Heavy Woooden Shield +2
- DEX +3
- Size +1

Now I have no idea on feats or or advancement, prestige class
I now the usual stuf
Please Help me make a kick ass char

How is it that you start with a 19 wisdom???
