Guildmaster 04-17-06, 11:15 AM	ok im in a campaigh at the moment were im trapped on this island with a cleric of pelor, a werewolf, a kuo-toa type character, a vampire, and 4 caves. weve discovered(the group) that in the center of the island is a statue of a drogon and that in each of the caves is a scroll. By obtaining all 4 scrolls, the dragon grants 3 wishes to the person who activates them. the caves consist of, Orc and Ogre, Undead, Werewolf's, Formians all secluded to their respective caves. We found that the caves are at war and that they are beeing spawned kind of like a Warcraft3 spawn thing that constantly spanws the monster. weve already clear the orc and ogre cave and my character being the only one who can read arcane magic (or cast it) took the first scroll, my predicament is, the cleric hates me because im not a very loyal companion and ive lied to him about some things. The vampire has a Minotaur spawn who could whoop my ass. the werewolf and kuo-toa are the only two i trust becuz i know they trust me. I want to get all these scroll for myself to leave them all starnded here on the island. any ideas would be aprreciated remeber this is a survival style campaign, i do not have mageware shops to shop at, all items are rolled throught the dm treasure chart in ther DMG
Morka 04-18-06, 01:03 PM	What spells do you have in your spellbook? What is your level? Are you able to cast "Command Undead", taking control of the Minotaur vampire spawn, or of any Undead in the Undead cave? Are you able to cast Charm spells? Well, I'm not sure this one could help, since it wouldn't work against the vampire, and not really well against the cleric; in addition, you already wiped the orc cave. Heh, but you could try to use Charm Person on a werewolf! Those guys should have abyssal will saves. You could be able to stuck a deal with a few werewolves, having them help your group to wipe the Formians and Undeads. Don't tell it to your partners, the werewolves just "seems" to attack the same foe than you, attacking another flank. Then ask your charmed werewolf to bring their scroll to yourself. While the rest of the group is attacking the werewolves den, you simply go to the Dragon statue, and make your 3 wishes. Depending on your charmed werewolf loyalty, you could promise him to let him one wish if he help you: becoming the chief of the werewolves...
