And we need more information on what kind of characters you two want to play beyond just a rough description of their game stats. What kind of roles will you fill in the party? What kind of personalities do you want to play with? Any archetypes you want to emulate? Famous characters? Celebrities? We really need a lot more to work with.

But like Sikyanakotik said, we need more info... Building a character is like building a house... you cant do it with only 3 bricks.

Go get us more info, and try and find some patience while your at it.

in my opinion it is hard to be sneaky and dumb. the infiltrate a compound or castle one needs to have a understanding of how people react to various stimuli and must act acordinly in response to these actions.

unless of course your character is dexterious but dumb. such as a dumb brute who can shoot a bow excelently, but needs to be told who to shoot.

one idea that comes to mind is the dynamics of george and lenny in steinbeck's book "of mice and men". perhaps something similar could be used to make an interesting relationship and provide some fun roleplaying.

just my take on it

P.S. i sincerly hope you have read "of mice and men" it's a great read and commonplace in most highschool english classes. if you haven't for whatever reason simply post so on this thread and i'll give you an explanation
