He is a male human Crusader (ToB) who is basically always wanted to be a Cleric or Paladin of Tyr, but is slightly over the top in his dealing of justice. Kind of a crazy old man everyone thinks is demented, but if they only knew the truth. The clergy all know of him, and his desire to enter the church, but dismiss him as a loon. His main reason for adventuring could be to prove himself to Tyr and the church by heroic deeds. To me, Crusader abilities could come from Tyr, but Tyr does not want it known. After many levels, he finally proves himself, and can take levels in Cleric. I also had the idea that he would be kinda a Don Quiote type of zealousness. Always shouting "justice" and dealing it out as punishment for some wrongdoing. I pictured him being eccentric, wearing outdated Henry vIII clothing. Perhaps using a club or something, pretending to be a cleric. Any additional advice would be greatly appreciated. We are starting Return to Undermountain, and level 1. |

You could see also great adventure where little is to be had and do something that many would find as "chaotic lawful", but it's more like a fanatic of the laws. He always stood by his word, but charged against the 'evil monsters' (that later would turn out to be not so perilous). And he tended to see even the smallest spark of virtue, maximized. (Sancho wasn't as valiant as he imagined, after all). To put it in other words... the main idea that you could get out of Don Quijote was this man who saw reality with the HUE, TINT, BRIGHTNESS and CONTRAST values altered, but wasn't absolutely demented. |
