Avallyn 09-03-06, 06:55 AM	Hi :) , i need help by creating a new character. We are unsing the D&D Version 3.0 and the location is Grey Hawk (i hope i typed it correctly). We have a Icantrix and pure cleric in the group so far. But we need a shield, too. This is what i want to become - a femal character with high HP and high strength. I diced 13, 12, 15, 16, 12 and 14 for the stats. You can change the order of the numbers, i mean they are in no order now! And the level of the new character should be 13. What race and classes should i choose? Ahh i nearly forget to say that i get 90 000 gold for the start. Please help me with my second character!! Have a good day :D Avallyn

Sikyanakotik 09-03-06, 10:44 PM	Well, does it really fit on the ChOpping board? I mean, is this really about what's most powerful, or what fits the character best? Then again, there's not a lot of character to fit. Realistically, a character who simply wants to be strong and tough can't do much better, thematically, than taking levels in Barbarian and Barbarian-themed classes. As for race, among the standard races, half-orcs are the strongest and dwarves are the toughest, though if you want to dip into LA, a race or template that boosts both like Draconic might be a good pick. Now, "strong and tough" isn't a lot to hang on a character, but it's at least a start. Perhaps your character was specifically trained for combat, or she had to overcome some sort of physical adversity to survive. My own particularly strong and tough dragon shaman, Brevik Dragonchild, was abandoned as an infant and raised by a red dragon, under whose cruel-yet-fair tutelage he was pushed to his physical limits through a series of gruelling tests and nearly sadistic punishments. How did your character get this way?
