| Ranoutofideas09-05-05, 09:31 PM | Well okay I just want to make sure that I got all the feats am I missing any? and I know the 1 is missing in ranged base attack bonus but, it just doesn't show up. And I know how much money I have to. The things I don't understand is Spells saves, nonleathal damage and dmg red. And what's Temp score and Temp mod. Other than that can you tell me if I screwed up anything. One more thing is can you tell me if I did good with my skills. Like I chose good skills and stuff. Go here to see my character http://www.dndonlinegames.com/view.php?id=21689 |
| I_Cant_Think_Of_A_Name09-06-05, 02:53 AM | Ok, here's what I can tell you: :whatsthis You don't need to bother with damage reduction, because you don't have any(so you fill that out with 0, damage reduction is a ability mainly possesed by monsters or gained by magic items that reduces the damage you take every time you take damage, nonleathal damage is a sort of damage that you take in fist fight for instance and that won't kill you but will knock you unconscious at a certain point, so you don't worry about it unless your dm tells you you take nonlethal damage. Spell saves you don't need to worry about until your actually able to cast spells where this will tell you how hard it is to resist them In addition to that I can tell you that your skill selection depends mainly on what sort of person you want to be playing but I can say that you'll generally never go wrong with the observation skills (spot, listen, search) :whatsthis |
| Mysteria09-06-05, 02:59 AM | Nonlethal damage: The amount of nonlethal damage you have taken from being attacked with a weapon dealing subdual (=nonlethal damage), like a sap or a whip, or with bare fists. If this amount goes over you current hitpoints, you fall unconscious. This should be 0 for now. Damage reduction: (Damage red.) Some classes like barbarian, or armour made out of adamantium, grants damage reduction. This means that each time you're hit, you substract you damage reduction from the damage that you should be dealt. For now, you certainly don't have any, so this is 0 for now too. Temporary score and modifier: There are some spells like Eagle's Splendor or Bull's Strength that temporarily modify an ability score. If you're affected by such a spell, you get a temporary score. This temporary score grants you a temporary modifier. For now, you can ignore this. Skills: Looks all right to me, however, you have spent 34 skill points but should only have 32. (6 +2 int mod = 8, 8x4 = 32) Equipment: You're missing their location. (loc.) Spell saves: You only have to worry about this if you can cast spells. (Which you can't at the moment, so you can ignore it.) Background: You might add a paragraph called appearance here and describe a bit how he looks. (A text is more 'graphic' than just weight, height, age, hair and eye color.) Who of your parents is the elf and who the human? Are they living in an elven or human village? If it is an elven village, I seriously doubt that he would have been the one to win the archery contest each year. |
| Ranoutofideas09-06-05, 09:41 AM | wow I didn't think it be that hard to stand I stated out of both of them which one was elven so you can persume that the other person is the human one. And that it was a small elven village. That and it wouldn't be that difficut to win every contest every year even if it is a elven village. |
