04-15-05, 12:02 PM I've been trying to build a ECL 6 (or something around that) spellcaster (sorcerrer or bard) with a high charisma/diplomacy/bluff. I can't really find any good builds.... The half-fey template provides some nice charisma but I think it's a little too wacky. The magic blooded template is a good choice of course but I can't really get any further than that....

Any suggestions on race, templates and classes that would fit this build? The level adjustment can't be too high due to spellcasting.....

PS. I still play 3.0, so there should be enough overpowered stuff out there :)

Try http://boards1.wizards.com/forumdisplay.php?f=339

I really think this board needs a name change to prevent these mixups.

04-19-05, 03:30 PM I agree. the names could use an upgrade. But, to answer your question, I might suggest either Draconic(Draconomicon), or Aasimar. Both provide a +2 Charisma, each at a +1 LA. You could even Combonie them: Draconic Aasimar Bard. You'll net a +4 Charisma(among other things) at +2 LA, and then 4 levels of Bard.
