So I have a fun character idea, it is for a holy exalted anthropomorphic monkey monk. Think furry halfling or a small vanara (if you play Oriental Adventures). The main stat focus for my character will be wisdom and dexterity because both get bonues from the anthropomorphic monkey species and because they are the main focuses of the monk class. I will also be going the Vow of Poverty route (ignores groans from the reader), but lets not get into the mechanics of the character.

I posted this thread because i want to figure out what would be the best way to play this character. I already have a few character concepts i would like to work in, such as: meditating while speaking wise jibberish to the other characters, being so deep that none of the other characters can understand the concepts my character is trying to relate, and being so insightful it is funny to everyone else. (Try to think Rafiki the monkey from the Lion King).

If i could ever manage it, i imagine my character would hover several feet off the ground while meditating with legs crossed indian style.

But since i have never really played a character that has had such a high wisdom score before (around 24) i was hoping i could get some ideas from you guys. Other things to keep in mind is that his charisma will only be about 10 and his intelligence will be about 14. Just incase those help.

As always, any ideas are always welcome. Thanks.
