Yes hooray for zeal and religious fanaticism! My wonderful cleric Ekor follower of Law (the alingment) who is Lawful Lawful (and maybe some neutral) is doing great! A few sessions ago the character died for the first time and where does a lawful character go? To lawful heaven! So I get raised and I've seen my heaven where law and order rule the multiverse. My cleric already had a good amount of zeal now hes a fanatic! We came to a pirate town where a load of convicted pirates where dangling from crosses left to die in the sun. What does Ekor do? He starts to preach about the good things of law and order! Someone's brother was hanging up there and the little girl with greater invisibility sneak attacks me. DISPEL MAGIC! One succesful caster level check later I see a small girl running away. I cast hold person, gotcha. But by the time I reach her she makes her save and runs away. Later in the tavern I see her again and after some short combat she and her father are arrested. In court zone of truth she did stab me so she gets convicted. Now im not completely heartless so I plead to the court to be lenient on her. After all her brother was hanging up there on one of those crosses. The judge says: Well piracy has a tendency to run in the family and the next they both the girl and her father are put up on the crosses as well. After trying to preform the last rites (they spat in my face) we leave town to continue our journey. Long live the cleric! Now the really cool part happens: We see a monolith, a slab of stone 2 meters wide, 1 meter across and several meters high floating in the air and the DM says: "You think you should approach the monolith." so I dismount and walk over. "You think you should stand under the monolith." So I get under it. The rest of the party sees the monolith fall on me and what do I get? No save no attack roll no I get a F-ing vision! The belief of law speaks to me in a F-ing holy vision! Unfortunately that was all the time we had in the vision so I havent exactly found out what I saw.
