| Stormbrand07-07-07, 02:42 PM | Now ready to gain a new warrior follower, who will upgrade to some other martial class as I train them. This one was inspired by the latest Order of the Stick (http://www.giantitp.com/comics/oots0473.html). My next warrior follower will be from a fishing family, later trained as a warrior, with the potential to become a paladin. So I need a bit of backstory. In particular, how s/he would have access to combat training. Ideally nothing too easy or convenient, preferably something that s/he would have earned. Also, I have no set appearance or personality in mind, only Lawful Good, probably dauntless and with a sense of humour. Thanks. |

This young boy rallied some fishermen together and led a rescue party , motivated by the fact that his father was one of the hostages He was direly wounded, but managed to free many fishermen from their bondage while fighting off the sea-savages with improvised weapons and those snatched from sea-savages whom they had overpowered earlier, who fled defeated by the superior numbers and fighting spirit of the fishermen The boy would have died, if not for a miracle ........... |

When dad went missing at sea (with the family boat) he was forced to take a job with the town guard as a night watchman. http://boards1.wizards.com/showpost.php?p=12954667&postcount=11 |
