You would need to use the rebuild character rules from PHB2 or just create a new character. I am making an assumption that, based on your thread title, you are playing an urban campaign. As such I would play an urban druid/wizard. Urban druid can be found in Dragon 317 or at http://www.crystalkeep.com/d20/index.php.

I would prefer to stay rogue 2 and then advance to druid/wizard but i dont know how to become a druid while playing the urban campaign.

What must happen that a rogue becomes a druid?

My patron deity ist Mielikki and i already have some ranks in knowledge(nature) and handle animal (able learner feat).

Talk to your DM, explain to him what you are looking to do. Ask if he can possibly start having adventures that puts you in contact with an urban druid. Become a student of that druid, which is nice for a DM in that he now has a instahook NPC to work in plot. After studying with that druid for a few months or so in game get initiated into the Druidic order. Then start taking levels of druid. Follow the guidelines for the Mentor feat and stay connected with the NPC for the next 3-4 levels, then go through another initiation and become a free agent.

Then go looking for a wizard to train you, and repeat the above process.

That is what I would do if playing and prefer my players to do in a game I run.
