Unless you are using the System Reference Document (SRD) (http://www.d20srd.org/) there are NO questions asked....it's essential. 2) The character development board is for developing the personality and background of your character, and to a certain extent for making flavourful mechanics choices. This is most definately not a forum for rules talk most of the time. You may find this guide to the rules of char creation (http://www.dndonlinegames.com/showthread.php?p=271234#post271234) helpful. Also, this guide to roleplaying (http://boards1.wizards.com/showthread.php?t=105563) is wonderful if you want to make interesting characters. 3) The rules for creating characters are sprinkled throughout the player's handbook. It is impossible to show you the "relavent" sections without being in major violation of the OGL agreement. As I've said above, the SRD is the closest thing you have. Cheers, Jodjod
