Picture an orc and a dwarf have a kid. So I need ideas for a story for this Character. For the class for this Character I was think of Cleric or a fighter or a monk. So I need help to make a great dworc for level 1. |

Fair enough, i had a minatorc once (Minator/orc...very fun to play) Um....first off this guy would be rigged beyond all belief and you could probably just double up all of his racial modifiers (so all up, +2 str, +2 con, -2 int, -4 cha) pretty good. Im thinking it would be about as tall as a human, but the build of a dwarf...as i said, damn riggy....and hairy! :P As for the background....well this guy would be even more of an outcast than a half orc...since both races totally hate each other, neither would accept him (most likely) and i doubt humans would be to willing to accept him either, since he isnt any part human at all. So perhaps he is a merc or a woodsman, both good options. Just a question though, what type of dwarf and what type of orc? If its an orog...then he will be an ultimate tank, they get like +6 to str.... i know its meta thinking... but i just love making freak races :P Later |

Sometimes, I damn near cripple myself with the characters I create but I can't help it cuz they are so much fun to play (even if they don't live too long). My screen name is the name of my retarded half-orc barbarian. Oof gets only 1 skill point per level and takes a -6 on intelligence. But man is he funny. He's become sort of a mascot and the other players tend to protect him dispite his down falls. |

As for body: I would think tall dwarf / short human, and built like a cinder block - ie wide and thick - since you are dworc you should also be incrediably hairy ... even if you are female ;) It could also be a point of pride to keep the long hair and big beard. Then the question comes to mind - what kind of monastary do you want to attend? For a dworc in a city, you could have attended a ghetto temple run by a disgraced half-elf monk who is a drunken master :D Think of the fun you would have trying to get your master to finally teach you his "greatest" secrets - Drunken Master Dworc! That and you are likely to emulate your master - lots of drinking! Skills you could take for the role-playing aspects - brewer - make beer - distiller - make whiskey - you and all the other apprentices had to learn them to stay at the school - the master didn't charge much but he demanded that you know how to make alcohol :) |
