Gaven The Grey

There is a cleric in my party that is a lvl 2 cleric, but he gained this ability to see the future in flashes while meditating, when god perlor so chooses.
This is the setting we are in a stronghold in the highforest, and the high official is a general another pc in our party knows. We are fighting in the Dragonlance type campaign, and the cleric has the dragon orb. The city contains a mages guild, corner club (theives guild), and broad market.
Another thing is that Draconians spies are after use, and the campaign is nearing end. The big war rumors have been drifting all over the forest.
So please help me with some hook ideas, and they do not have to invole the cleric our campauign also imcludes Gaven, dwarf middle-aged (fighter), and Magnus civilized barbarian and upcoming knight, and Lebo (npc) kender commoner class.

Somewhat curious that such a low level character would hold an item that could control some of the mightiest creatures every to tread land or sky....but whatever floats yer boat 8]

Hmmmmm, as for plot hooks

1.) Lebo takes the pretty rock, and before the cleric or anyone can realize the cleric has been nabbed by the spies, and secreted away to some place where they can get him to talk. Great stuff if you talk privatley to the cleric beforehand and let him know that much of the plan, so after hardship and adventure getting the cleric back, Lebo pulls out her pretty paper weight to give it a polish.

2.) Give the cleric a vision from Pelor telling him that the only way to defeat the spies without important information slipping back to high powers is to directly confront them alone. He does so and gets blackjacked and chained up, spies find the orb and send it off to their superiors. Just as the messenger leaves the heros burst in, save the cleric and make a made dash to catch the messenger in time. For some spice, have the messenger look into the sphere and lose his mind in its power, leaving him twice as deranged and 4 times as crazie

3.) Give the cleric a vision that he must pass on the orb to another emissary of Pelor. This vision is found out to be a false one created by the draconian spies. Either allow him to attempted to see it as a false vision, tell him, or not. Nice and open-ended.

That's all that's on top of my mind. Maybe you'll get the dregs later.

Have a vision of one of the PCs being killed by a green dragon. Then the next day, a green dragon attack the stronghold. So the cleric should insist that this PC should stay in back-up. But the PC suddenly see a good opportunity to backstab the green dragon...
(Kind of Matrix II, no?)

Or have a vision of two PCs fighting each other.
