| roarofthewild07-04-07, 06:38 AM | My friends and I were talking about a game to play. We want villains with odd disorders. (ex,narcalespy, add). |
| pbradley17907-04-07, 02:25 PM | My absolute favorite disorder to see roleplayed would be Triskaidekaphobia: fear of the number 13. Imagine how much it would dominate your life: you hate the thirteenth thing of anything you come across, refuse to go 13 miles or thirteen steps... |
| Fithero07-04-07, 02:45 PM | I worked in a cafe that didnt have a table number 13 once, confused the hell outta me... apparently its a common thing. As for disorders... perhaps he thinks he is a different race, thats always interesting. That or he is just a fighter of sorts who thinks he can cast spells. Just have him have alot of potions at hand. If your looking for real life disorderers, make it something especially hindering and make him scared of water. Or make him scared of water, the sun, garlic and religous symbols.... just random ideas... im bored :P |
| Alltat07-04-07, 04:14 PM | For some extra fun, make him hold some strange belief that everyone else thinks is obviously nonsense (he's a polymorphed giant or the squirrels are out to get him), and then make him be right. |
| TheAnthroDM07-04-07, 06:25 PM | Perhaps he has to talks in alphabetical order? "Die will you!" "Can me nothing stop!" |
| Karish07-04-07, 10:05 PM | A Dread Necromancer who's scared of the undead, particularly of becoming one. :3 |
| TheAnthroDM07-04-07, 10:19 PM | OCD Necromancer, who demands that their be an equal amount of flesh on both sides of the body. OCD Evoker, who demand that fire behave itself in a orderly way and yells every time a fire spell does act in equilibrium. |
| DX205207-04-07, 11:12 PM | A bard who will attempt to prevent his downfall by avoiding disataress common occurences in ficition, for example he will give every minion a name in order to enchance there effectiveness. |
| roarofthewild07-05-07, 12:21 AM | Thanks I need more weird ones. Like we have a villain who sold his soul to santa |
| warwinner07-05-07, 01:01 AM | 1] A male villain who thinks he is female and wants to be transformed into a male 2] A villain who's scared of cleanliness and is as dirty as possible 3] A villain who is afraid of sound and has his entire lair "desounded", maybe with a silence spell 4] A villain who is allergic to spells 5] A villain who lives and fights upside down [some magic involved ?] and has his lair upside down to suit him |
| TheAnthroDM07-05-07, 01:45 AM | A villian who considers his shadow a henchman and constantly commands it to stop following following him. Always referring to self in third person. Always referring to self in second person. Believes he is a character in a horror story. Calls himself "Hero" Believes the the PCs are hallucination and won't constantly ignores them. (Only works if you have really good AC and saves) |
| Alltat07-05-07, 06:20 AM | Combining two of the above... A villain who sold his soul to his own shadow. |
| CrimsonWyvern07-05-07, 03:37 PM | Here's a very interesting villain concept, I thought of using it as a PC once: Thinks he's a good guy, hates healing, thinks that killing others is a gift to them, and has a following of either exclusively or mostly of undead. Will eventually decide to kill himself most likely once he eliminates all other life on the Material Plane. Or for a less serious one, you could have a warlock that is meticulous about keeping track of how many times he uses his invocations per day, even though they are at will. |
