You are naturally good at wisdom-based skills (listen, sense motive, spot, survival, profession...) but bad at intelligence-based skills (appraise, knowledges, search, craft, spellcraft, disable device, decipher script, forgery...) So, someone lie to you. You know that this person is lying to you, but you don't know why. You enter a room, you see something moving in a corner and spot a rat. But you're unable to see that the wall behind the rat is a concealed door. But you should be able to suppose the rat is coming from somewhere, so there should be at least an hole in the wall. Someone cast a spell. You see strange lights between his hands, but you can't tell if he's casting a cure spell or a magic missile. You find a book in a foreign language. You flip the pages, and only find foreign symbols, you can't guess the subject. You walk in the forest and hear a goblin saying something. But you can't guess what he's saying. Also, the intelligence decide how much skills you have each level. Having a low intelligence mean you learn less things. Your high wisdom should make you understand that, so you are likely to be modest about things you can do. |

In other words, your orc would be well at home dealing with people, solving problems, etc. He would suck at book smarts, such as logic, lore, and things of that nature. Low int high wis means that your orc, when heading to an enemy camp, and coming across a trapped bridge, will try to disable the trap first, rather than lighting the bridge on fire and making your own. High Int low wis would be Red Mage, from 8BT |

He's got good intuition and poor reasoning skills, so he probably puts more faith in "gut feelings" than conclusions reached through logic. |
