| DeciusNero03-26-06, 10:26 PM | I'm going to give my half-gnoll ranger/beastmaster a mountain lion as an animal companion. Normally, i'm decent at finding names, but i'm in a bind here. Suggestions please? Nothing along the lines of 'killer' (unless its in a cool language) or Guenhyvar :D |
| Darthjaye03-26-06, 11:09 PM | Names to consider: Vandall Shill Corsk Romell That's what I got for now |
| Dex03-27-06, 03:39 AM | Call it a Warthog ( :D if you've seen Red vs Blue: the Blood Gultch Chronicles) Kar'Rangor Neckbreaker Killer :P |
| MasterOfPsychic03-27-06, 04:13 AM | Kengrash Gaug (Don't ask.. Or please do :P) |
| BadCatMan03-27-06, 04:35 AM | The name would depend a lot on the character of your Gnoll. I'm guessing a crude savage, but he might very well be a polite sophisticated type. Good or evil? A Ranger/Beastmaster would care a lot for his animals, for their thoughts and feelings. A crude savage type Beastmaster would be likely to let the lion name itself, and he would use that name. Some lion-like suggestions (without converting to growls and the like): Goldenclaw Quickfang Bloodtooth Swiftroar Some African legends or names might be good sources. Or even the Lion King. :) |

| DeciusNero03-27-06, 09:32 PM | Call it a Warthog ( :D if you've seen Red vs Blue: the Blood Gultch Chronicles) or Chupacabra. :D Swiftroar or Palpennie (has a ring to it). thanx |
