07-19-03, 11:22 PM Do you mean a character background similiar to the character Rurouni Kenshin?

07-20-03, 06:12 AM Well, if he wants to be like Himura (Battusai) a.k.a Rurouni Kenshin, then there shoulde be little problem... :D

Have you parents die of some disease when you are young, get sold to slavers by your village and then hope that these slavers will be attacked by brigands who in turn will get slaughterd by a benevolent wandering swordsman, who out of pitty will take care of (and train) the only survior (you). In you youth you abandon your master and his ideals to fight for what you thinks is right, which turns you to merciless killer. After a couple of years though you tire of killing, gets your self a 'reversed' blade and becomes a wanderer protecting life.

Easy:rolleyes:

The best part is that it works with all races in all settings (unless your dead seriuos about him being a samurai, not that I would classify Kenshin as a samurai though...)
