I had a long post in the making when my computer crashed ... so here's the short version now.

I'm planning on playing a kobold wu jen 6 / wild mage 10. His behaviour will be a mix between cpt. Jack Sparrow (Curse of the Caribbean) and Gollum. Sometimes mildly irritating, sometimes very much so, with lots of random talk in between, but also strokes of ingenuity. IIRC, with wild mage I will have access to bluff, which is very important for the character concept and also intimidate which is fine. He won't be openly hostile, but sometimes he will utter veiled threats if the situation so affords. His alignment will be chaotic neutral. He will revel in luxury, which might seem a bit at odds with his wu jen style of living, but totally does it for me.
The character will by no means be optimized as I plan on taking the leadership feat for example to make it possible having some sort of "court". This goes well together with my plan to make him appear as some sort of maharadja. His first follower will be his unseen servant to whom he will have a close personal relationship, often blaming him for being too slow or dumbwitted and "in severe cases" of disobedience even working the whip on him. Basically he will have talks with his servant, where the servant part is some sort of woven into his own adresses to the servant.
Stop complaining about your duties. You seem to forget who the high born is of us two. If your mother would still live, she'd be ashamed of you. And now adjust my robes ere I have to punish you for your misconduct.

So what would you suggest as a deity (Faerun)? I think the kobold deities are all a bit too much on the evil side. I even don't know which kobold deities exist in 3.5 (complete with domains)!? Is there any deity which fits to my desciption of the character (luxury as well as a close bond to nature etc.)? Worshipping a non-kobold deity should be no problem as the character is likely to be a cast-away from the tribe and made his living under the sun as some sort of dubious spirit healer. But having a kobold deity still would be quite satisfactory, too, if there is one that (loosely) fits to my character.

Any other comments, criticism, praise, feat proposals (complete arcane + SRD) etc.? :D

Finder Wyvernspur would be great. He is the God of Saurial, as well as a bard.
You might also consider Sharess (Meow!), Sune (a Red Kobold?), Tymora or Beshaba (more or less), Cyric (Prince of Lies?), Milil, Oghma, Lathander...

Anyway, check this site (http://toril.info/FaA.htm), it's a great compilation of Faerunian gods. Many links are vanishing, but it's still great.

Thanks for the tips. Wyvernspur could be what I'm aiming for.

Are there any suggestions for utility spells for my character? Core spells almost exclusively seem to be based on numbers: Fire damage here, ability damage there, etc. With very few exceptions there are no flavour spells. Unseen servant is really nice. Tenser's disk can be quite comfortable, too (must check if the Wu Jen has this spell first).

What are some other flavour/utility spells from other sources that I could talk my DM into allowing for me?
Some spells which help to shape the character, but do not neccessarily have any impact on the raw numbers which rule the game so often.
(Non-WoTC sources might be fine)

Check in Crystal Keep (link in my sig), there is a ton of spells from various sources. However, I don't know which ones are available to a Wu Jen. But I guess as long as those are just "flavor" spells, it doesn't really matter.

Thanks for the heads up to this nice index. But it clearly shows that Wizards is not too fond of creating flavour/utility spells.
