My new character is as such:

Kalindras Male Moon Elf (FR) Rogue/Ftr/Duelist.

He was born on Evermeet and has returned to the mainland to reclaim lost elven holds.

What I do need a little help with is roleplaying. I am at a loss for how to act when I roleplay this guy! I was think something like Legolas (aloof and wise) or something like the Silvanesti elves from Dragonlance (cold and bitter).

Can anyone help?

Has your character ever journeyed outside of Evermeet before? If not he would probably be both cautious an curious with a hint of disdain for the lands of Faerun outside the elven kingdom.
He could be very serious about reclaiming old elven sites, single-minded in his purpose and dauntless in his execution (perhaps even a little foolhardy).
He could be a quiet, somewhat reserved person, having finally seen with his own eyes the perils and misfortunes of the broader world. Famine, war, destruction and hatred could have a profound impact on a silver elf who has led a sheltered life and has never witnessed these first-hand. The result could be a cold and bitter person or perhaps someone who shows great compassion amidst the darkness (saddened yet hopeful).
There is no wrong way to play your character really, as long as you know why he behaves that way. A little background flavor may be worth writing. It may give you a sense of where he's been and where he intends to go in terms of his experiences.

Thanx for the help, yes he has travelled outside of Evermeet. I like the idea of playing a refined character with grace. I also like the idea of 'dauntless in his execution.' (such a kewl line...).
