Well, I've crafted a melee monstrosity for a game that's starting this week, and I need a few ideas to give him some style and personality. He's a cleric 14/dwarven defender 1, LG, and very much your typical dwarf priest. I'm thinking stoic, gruff, martial, and very devoted to the causes of good, the dwarves, and law.

For my last dwarf priest, I blatantly ripped off this article (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/dd/20051104a) and had him tell terrible orc jokes, eg., "Why did the orc cross the road? He couldn't, because his bones were CRUSHED TO POWDER BY THE RIGHTEOUS HAMMERS OF THE DWARVES!" This last part was naturally delivered at the top of my voice and followed by my loud and hearty fake laughter; I had great fun with it and I like to think the other players found it amusing as well. I'm looking for suggestions for a gimmick or two like that to make my latest dwarf melee cleric distinct from every other dwarf melee cleric I've run (it's a favorite role of mine).
