| Settra04-11-06, 09:37 AM | I'm currently working on a LG elven rogue with the servant of the heavens feat which I must have to become a Slayer of Domiel from the Book of Exalted Deeds. For those of you who don't know the feat, it basically gives you a +1 luck bonus on any one roll once a day (not a very good feat, but as I mentioned, it's a prerequisite for the prestige class) because you're such a good guy to serve the Archon of Mercy. Further, I will take weapon focus (longsword) and Sanctify martial strike (BoED), which futher implies that I'm a really good guy (Exalted). The campaign setting I will be playing is a pretty standard D&D setting where we will start in 1st level. I've been told that we will be summoned to a specific village by the local lord to fight a barbarian tribe that has been plaguing the village for some time (pretty standard stuff, but that's ok after several campaigns of saving the world). The DM is giving us pretty much freedom in making our background, so I'm open to all sorts of suggestions. What I've thought about so far, is that I will be some kind of spy/assassin for a typical paladin's guild/temple to some good-aligned god. Any suggestions? |

I think I'll go with the one about always having had a feeling and an urge to see that justice is done. Though I'm still open to ideas! Anyone? |
