| tuffn00gies04-11-05, 07:14 PM | Hello all! I've been playing D&D in one form or another for about 22 years now. I usually don't have a problem coming up with a personality for my PC, but I'm just totally stuck on my latest character. He's a LN monk/soulknife. I've decided that honor is more important to him than anything else. He won't tolerate dishonorable people, kinda like paladins don't tolerate evil people. And he always introduces himself as "Lodan, disciple of the Dragon Fist and follower of the Way." Aside from that I don't have anything. I usually play NG or CN and wanted to play a LN monk just for a change, but I'm not sure I like it, but my DM has plans for the character and doesn't want me to scrap him and make a new one. Any help would be appreciated. |

Combine honorable with whatever stereotype your chosen race has and that could give you a good idea which way to go. Unless you choose human. Then we may have more of a challenge. Just to give you an idea... A dwarf would be great for a dour sort who's all about people assuming their place in society. A half-orc would be great for the violent sort of honorable; think klingon. An elf would be a passionless judge type; he'd be content to sit and wait out the ages, but to do nothing about dishonor taints his memories for decades, so he punishes it swiftly and relentlessly when it occurs. |

I guess I forgot to mention that in the original post. Lodan is human, born in Aglarond. |
