Is there any in any of the books? I can't seem to find one, but I think a dwarven cleric of this deity would just be tons of fun to play.

If you can't point me in the right direction, does anybody want to take a shot at creating one?

Dionysus of the Olympian pantheon is the god of wine, among other things, he's in Deities and Demigods.

Well, if you play in the Forgotten Realms, this is exactly the portfolio of Bombadil. But it is a human god. If you want a dwarven god, maybe Sharindlar goddess of healing, or Haela goddess of luck in battle.

Or you could quite easily just take Bombadil and change all instances of the word "human" and make them into "dwarven" and make him a dwarven god on the fly. I mean, I'm sure a dwarven god whom you worship by raising a flaggard of fine dwarven ale to your lips would have a rather wide following across the dwarven lands, and then some! ;)

I can't think of a Dwarven diety who DOESN'T drink. In fact, according to R.A. Salvatore's (sp?) Drizzt books, dwarven holy water is ALE.
