The party (my friend/DM's wife who's playing a Pixie and myself) tracked a dwarf murderer guy to an Elven city. I was getting tired of playing the Barbarian and after three days of tracking my character killed the dwarf in his sleep, causing much distress to the Pixie (my alignment was CN, before you ask). I had rolled up a Rogue I was really wanting to play...any ideas as to how I could try and introduce my character into the group? Anything I can come up with seems...well, lame. Thanks! :) |

A first impression is lasting, but what also makes a big impact is how he develops in relationship to everyone else. This isn't to say, don't worry for the introduction, but don't worry enough that it's focused on too much. :) Once you say hello--what convinces them to keep you around? If I meet someone, I'm not going to trust them off the bat, as it were. What qualities do you have, and what might develop, that would encourage that...or discourage it? |
