I am a DM making an elf vampire NPC using D&D v3.5 rules. I have two requests:
1) Would someone be willing to draw a picture of him?
2) Help me figure out details of his backstory.

Details (currently)
NOTE: Yes, this guy is uber-munchkiny. He will only appear for a short time. Please disregard that.

Name: Eliolut Veyrakya
Chaotic Good Elf Vampire Level 9 Ranger (ECL 17)
Worships Corellon Larenthian
Age 238, Male, 5'5", 133 lbs, red eyes, white hair, white skin

Physical Description: Elioulut is always completely covered from head to toe. He wears a cloak with a hood which shades his eyes and a cape (really Wings of Flying, his preferred method of travel, which look like angel wings when active). Over his face he wears a mask (white, looks like one of those masks associated with drama, it is set in a frown), and underneath his cloak he wears Celestial Chainmail and heavy, loose-fitting white breaches and shirt. His red eyes are very bright, and seem incredibly wise. Elioulut is also very tall for an elf. He carries his darkwood coffin with a chain strap over his shoulder. At his side, underneath his cloak, he carries his Holy Ghost Touch Silver Kusari-gama (sickle at the end of a 10 ft. chain) and a large quiver of arrows. On the inside of his cloak he has six flasks of holy water, 20 stakes, and a hammer. Also strapped to his back is his Holy Undead Bane Composite Longobw.

Backstory: Elioulut had been a vampire for almost 60 years serving as the primary aide of Lord Vestun Jerhast. Together, they had been the scourge of about 150 square miles of the small country of Astulia. Elioulut changed sides when they kingdom finally launched an assault on Jerhast's stronghold. At the top of the castle, Elioulut and Jerhast felled many a warrior, until finally a squad of elven clerics dispatched Jerhast. Elioulut, still under the influence of his master, felled them all in a blind rage. Within a couple minutes, he became his normal, free-willed self. As he stood over the carnage, he remembered all the cruelties he had wrought, and decided then and there that he would atone for them. Since then he has gathered his power, becoming the guardian of the land he had once terrorized. He is now the head of an underground organization, based in his underground keep. He walks about in daylight among the people, who regard him as a saint and an emissary of the gods. He still deals with all threats to the region today (about 56 years after becoming free).

Aaaaand that's all I got.
