| Godzilla03-05-05, 02:01 PM | I'm going to make a mintoaur as one of my characters, but I'm not so sure how to. I'm using the DM Guide, but I'm still confused. I get the level adjustment, but nothing else. Can someone help me? |
| Urathearlaraek03-05-05, 03:08 PM | sorry I cannot help you, but I have a major improvement. However it will take some time (9 levels) and some experience (10,000 exp.). This stunt will also require the Draconomicon and the XPH. I'm just giong to go right to the short-and-sweet part and tell you in it anyway. Using an Atral Seed (page reference XPH 78) and True Mind Switch (page reference XPH 120), you can seamlessley capture the body of a Young Adult (or lower age category). Facinating, isn't it? :thinks: |
| Helmed Horror03-05-05, 03:48 PM | hmmm a friend of mine (wickerbull) loves minotaurs and is playing one as well, if you have any extra money, go online and order the slayers guide to minotaurs... I will talk to him and hopefully get back to you in a reasonable time or better yet, he reply himself... |

I get the level adjustment, but nothing else. Can someone help me? I can help. But I need to know exactly what you'd like help with. That will keep me from typing for an hour all the stuff I think you oughta know to play a minotaur. If you want to know how to roll up a minotaur character from start to finish, I can do that with you. But I don't think that's what you need. I recommend you look through Savage Species. It's a vital book for anyone who wants to roll up a monster character. |
| Jeder03-31-05, 02:59 PM | I have been playing minataurs for the past year or so, here are a few characteristics i use anytime somone moo's at you (my dm likes for npcs to do that) lop there head off....... i never wear armor, unless it is a kilt with ac bonuses or sailor's pants with ac bonuses. i tend to use big/bloody weapons that make messes out of bad guys (like my crossbow from my last minataur that fired 6 inch wooden stake insted of bolts..... made for lots of fun at point blank shots) other fun weapons are great axes, mauls (upscaled warhammer), or just kill the first badguy and use his body to kill the rest, if he has a wooden leg it is even better, screw damage just make it look good. o ya minataurs get +8 to str (look in 3.5 MM) i always make them hyper masuline, very competitive, with huge egos...... that makes for alot of fun when partnered up with dwarves but most of all have fun with the mintaur, make it a character that is funny and serious at the same time! |
