| Sarta04-18-04, 04:49 PM | There was a joke in the Adams Family movie in which Wednesday's Halloween costume was her regular clothes. When asked about it she said, "I'm a mass-murderer, they look just like everyone else." The same can be true of a monk of the long death. They can have nearly any sort of personality type. They are just driven to understand more about death. A friendly, upbeat Monk who cheerfully discusses rates of decay is just as valid a concept as the spooky loner who collects demi-human bones and performs experiments on stray dogs to discover how many pounds per square inch are required to shatter their skulls. The way i see them is either as assasins who take out enemies of the order or as wanderers searching for the dying and trying to find out as much as possible about what death is like, how it feels etc. They dont nessecarily go around killing people just to see the results, as in my opinion they let nature take its course, they dont pick fights but they will fight them. Then they will be all inquisitive about death given that the people arent dead yet. perhap autopsy's might work anyways that my 2 cents, hope it helps |
