I decided to Try out a 'Master or Ki', a second level monk going into straight warlock for eighteen levels. The thing about him is he is horribly evil in the fact that he enjoys killing, having the blood of his enemies covering his hands and the walls. The thing is, he will only kill evil people. He will never touch an innocence or a good person for one reason: It is socially acceptable as a Good practice to kill evil. He kills evil because he can get away with it. What would his alignment be? Would Paladins see him as evil? He has only commited evil against evil and tries the best he can to appear good by never doing an act that would be considered dark. I would love comments or suggestions!

Oh, and the party consists of a Exalted Healer and an evil assassin.

I have a player that does the same kind of thing. He's a True Necromancer who casts evil spells, but only rases evil creatures he has killed in order for them to "attone" for their sins in life. We played around and desided neutral was best.

In your case, I would consider evil primarily. Evil combats evil all the time, and your character doesn't seem to be an exception. However, it also depentds on how you're using alignment. In my games, alignment is what your character is. However, in Eberron (which I DM also), alignment is what other people preceive you are. If you use the latter choice, I would say make your character neutral. However, if alignment in your game is an indicator of what your character actually is, I would say go with evil.
