I made him 20th level (equivalent) because he’s so sweet that anything lower would be an insult. He could beat Drizz easily – in fact he did in the fanfic that I rote entitled "Maximum R0xx0r - Will the real Do'Urden please stand up ?", then he stole his panther and girlfriend. Then he killed Artemis Entreri with a sppon. Musashi Do’Urden « The Darke Blayd of the Night », male half-vampire drow ninja 14/ranger 2, CN. Her turn ons include anime, buffing Musashi with spells, whips and also leather clothes. Her turn offs include anything that is not totally awesome. She is his sister from House Do'urden. That's where I think this post belongs (if you believe he is bad-ass). From a Character Development perspective, he's nothing more than a Drow Ninja 4 / Mary Sue PrC 10. |

I'm not insulted. I think they'd want to do books about him because Drizzt has been way overexposed and something fresh needs to be done. Angst gets annoying after a while. Musashi does whatever he wants. |

Cute. But don't forget, while numbers with no story is meaningless crunch, story with nothing to back it up is just useless fluff. Entertaining, both, depending on your tastes, but both boards have their more outlandish sides, and at the core, you need both to get the most out of your game* *Your mileage may vary, I can't predict what kind of game a given individual plays, nor do I know what balance you, your gaming group and your DM favor. And Artemis Entreri has a Will save of +8. One good enchantment is all you need to have him kill himself with a spoon. Though Ninjas don't need spells for that. |

Of course, if you want to talk about insanely powerful characters, my thri-kreen fighter 11 (in case you're wondering, the DM we had was quite nasty - he had to be that powerful just to survive) could, with a little luck, kill that guy with a single full attack action. Of course, there always the tiny chance that he actually is serious. If he is, that makes me very sad. |
