Ok, things dealing with the mechanics of a character belong either in the Character Optimization forum, or the What's a Player to do? forum.

BUT, I'll see what I can do for you.

For the cold iron dagger, things made of cold iron have the quality of being able to get past certain DRs, specifically those of demons, so it can come in quite handy if you fight demons and other things with DR/cold iron.

Now now now... Those are some shiny stats...

I'm going to write up a general ninja stat guide, in case you want to play another ninja with less insane stats.

You want to put the best stats in Dexterity and Wisdom, the order you put it in is you choise, Wisdom gets you AC and more uses of your ki, while Dexterity gets you more AC, improves you ranged attack, and helps out a lot of your important skills. After that, Intelligence and Consitution help a lot, Intelligence gets you more skill points, while Constitution helps by giving you more hitpoints, which can help alot with your small hit die. Then you put the next one in Strength to get you more damage in melee. Then you "dump" your lowest stat in Charisma.

An exception to this is if you want to play the "normal-by-day, ninja-by-night" guy. This is the ninja that takes advantage of its Charisma-based class skills and puts more ranks into these. In this type of ninja, Charisma can move up to maybe 3rd or 4th.

To further help you make a good ninja, I will direct to this article. (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/cwc/20050906a)

Hope it helps!
